Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms govern your use of the SeeGap platform, including cashback campaigns, receipt verification, survey capture and reporting.

1. Who we are

The Services are operated by SeeGap Ltd, a company incorporated in Ireland (company number 761945).

2. Key definitions

"Brand" means a business that runs a cashback Campaign through the Services.
"Campaign" means a receipt-verified cashback campaign run by a Brand through the Services.
"Shopper", "you" or "your" means a person who submits a receipt or claims cashback through the Services.
"Campaign Terms" means the specific rules and offer details published for a given Campaign.

3. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

4. Eligibility

To use the Services as a Shopper you must be at least 18, or have parental consent if you are between 13 and 17 where applicable law permits. To use the Services on behalf of a Brand, you must have authority to bind that organisation.

5. Campaign participation and cashback claims

To claim cashback, you must purchase the qualifying product in line with the Campaign Terms and submit a valid proof of purchase.
Cashback is paid only once your claim has been verified against the Campaign Terms.
Unless the Campaign Terms say otherwise, only one claim per person, household or receipt is permitted per Campaign.
Submitting a claim does not guarantee payment. We may reject a claim that is incomplete, inaccurate, outside the eligible window, or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.
Cashback is paid in the currency and by the method stated in the Campaign Terms. Processing times may vary.

6. Brand accounts and Campaign services

SeeGap provides tools for Brands to run receipt-verified cashback Campaigns, including campaign links, receipt verification, survey capture and cashback payment.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Services, submit false claims, or attempt to interfere with the operation of the platform.

8. Intellectual property

The Services and their content are owned by SeeGap or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

9. Third-party content and links

The Services may link to or display content from third parties. Your dealings with a Brand or retailer are solely between you and them.

10. Availability and changes to the Services

We work to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update or withdraw a Campaign or any part of the Services at any time.

11. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Warranty disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.

15. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish or EU law.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of a Campaign.

17. General

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Campaign Terms, are the entire agreement between you and us.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
